G.C.O Non-Emergency Medical Transport LLC does not direct-bill insurance. Transport services are secured by cash, check, credit or debit card. Customers/patients may pay via card at the time of service or prior to.

Personal Checks are no longer accepted.

If the Level of Care or resident contract includes transportation benefits, a customer/patient's facility may pay for G.C.O's transportation services.

*Please call 911 for emergencies. Unlike an ambulance, G.C.O does not provide medical care. G.C.O is not a substitute for emergency transportation.

Ambulatory Transport

Starting at $35.00

For patients and/or persons who do not require equipment to travel and who are able to walk with minimum or basic assistance.

Example: Medical walking cane, Upright walker and/or crutches.

Wheelchair Transport

Starting at $65.00

For patients and/or persons who are confined to a wheelchair and cannot walk and/or travel on their own as well as the patient not having an immediate need of emergency care at the time of service.

Stretcher Transport

Starting at $115.00

For patients and/or persons who are confined to a bed/gurney and/or persons who are unable to sit upright which causes discomfort due to a medical condition as well as the patient not having an immediate need of emergency care at the time of service.
